1) Item as described: I examine each item we list, checking it for visible flaws, providing a detailed description including measurements to try and give you a clear picture through words of what you will be bidding on or purchasing. In most cases I only list what is new with tags are as good as new (can't tell it has ever been worn).
2) Communications: I send an email to everyone once the purchase it made and again once you receive the package (please check your spam if you did not get one).
3) Shipping time: I ship the with-in 48 hours from payment in 98% of the cases. It is not my fault if it is held up in route.
4) Shipping and Handling charge: I list my shipping charge before you purchase the item and if you think my shipping is to much to pay than you would not have purchase the item. I have no control of how long the Post Office takes to deliver a package.

I usually ship within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment except weekends and holidays.
All United States packages Priorty Mail and International are shipped with delivery confirmation.
