We buy wholesale items it bulk lots from store close outs. The items come in the following conditions. There is no way of know which item or store returns. The sell tags have usually be removed to prevent identifying the store. However, I inspect each item and make a determination on the listing: New With Tag = mint condition with tag New Without Tag = mint condition never worn Nearly New = Mint to Excellent Condition worn possible 1 to 2 x's (store return and or cleaning out family closet which is a continuos cycle.
Be sure to check measurements to ensure a perfect fit. Do not depend on the size tag only. | Note: The success of my business depends on your postive 5 star rating if for some reason you believe you can not leave me a 5 star rating please advise me in advance. I try my hardest to delivery a 100% satisfaction rating.
1) Item as described: I examine each item we list, checking it for visible flaws, providing a detailed description including measurements to try and give you a clear picture through words of what you will be purchasing. In most cases I list what is new with tags are as good as new (can't tell it has ever been worn).
2) Communications: I send an email to everyone once the purchase it made and again once you receive the package (please check your spam if you did not get one). 3) Shipping time: I ship the with-in 48 hours from payment in 98% of the cases. It is not my fault if it is held up in route. 4) Shipping and Handling charge: I list my shipping charge before you purchase the item and if you think my shipping is to much to pay than you would not have purchase the item. I have no control of how long the Post Office takes to deliver a package. I list 100+ items a week.
